Where do these figures come from?
From HetrixTools, an independent uptime monitoring service, which checks each service every minute from several locations around the world. This page reads their results every minute and shows the latest.
What does the response time mean?
How long a service took to answer the latest check, in milliseconds, averaged over the locations that reached it. Open a service to see each location's time and the daily average over the last 30 days. It includes the distance to the checking location, so it is not the speed your own project sees from inside our network.
My server is down, but everything here is up. Why?
This page covers the service as a whole, not each server on it. A single server can stop for its own reasons, such as a crash in its code or running out of memory, and its console in the panel shows why.
